RETURNS & DAMAGE POLICY

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and personal-care nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Limited Edition Items

Limited edition, seasonal, or small-batch releases are final sale and are not eligible for replacement once sold out.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at medayhbc@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of:

    • The damaged item(s)

    • The shipping box and packing materials

Once reviewed, we will offer one of the following, at our discretion:

  • A replacement of the damaged item (when available), or

  • A refund for the affected item only

Please note:

  • We do not require damaged items to be returned.

  • Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.
