About Me Day

Me Day began with a simple search for a better bar of soap.

Years ago, I was looking for products that would leave my skin feeling truly clean without feeling dry or irritated. After discovering real soap through local markets and specialty retailers, I remembered making soap with my grandmother as a child. I began making it again for myself, learning from every batch and refining each recipe until I created the kind of soap I wanted to use every day.

That personal search became Me Day.

As my business grew, so did my recipes and product line. I experimented with colors, fragrance oils, decorative designs, specialty ingredients, different bar sizes, and a growing collection of formulas. Each one taught me something, but over time I realized I wasn't looking for more variety—I was looking for greater consistency.

That realization led to the Signature Collection.

Instead of creating products that change with every trend, I chose to simplify. Every Signature bar begins with the same carefully developed formula and is made with carefully selected ingredients and scented exclusively with essential oils. Each bar is the same comfortable size, produces the same rich, creamy lather, and delivers a consistent experience from one purchase to the next. The difference between each soap isn't the formula—it's the character of the essential oil blend.

That same approach extends to every product in the Signature Collection. Whether it's soap, body butter, or body polish, my goal is the same: to create dependable products made with carefully selected ingredients that become part of your everyday routine.

Whenever possible, I collect rainwater for my soapmaking. Not because it's necessary, but because I enjoy the quiet ritual of gathering it. It reminds me to slow down, pay attention, and approach each batch with care. That same attention carries through every product I make.

Me Day is independently owned and operated by me, Andrea Bryant, in New Bern, North Carolina. My goal has never been to create products that are admired once and forgotten. I want to create products you enjoy using, trust completely, and confidently reorder because you know exactly what to expect.

My hope is that, over time, Me Day becomes more than a product on your shelf. I hope it becomes a familiar part of your day—a simple ritual that begins and ends with real soap, real care, and a few moments that belong entirely to you.
